Eligibility for Refund
1.1. Refund Condition:
To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following criteria:
a. Completion of the Program: You must have followed and completed the entire fitness course, including all exercises, workouts, and dietary guidelines, as outlined in the program.
b. No Visible Results: Despite diligently following the program for the specified duration, you must not have achieved the expected results or witnessed any visible improvements in your fitness level.
Refund Request Process
To request a refund, follow these steps:
2.1. Contact Support:
Submit your refund request by sending an email to our customer support team at dharmik.thiru@gmail.com.Please include the following information in your email:
Your full name
Course purchase details (order number, purchase date, etc.)
A detailed explanation of how you followed the program instructions and did not see the desired results
Any supporting documentation, such as progress photos or workout logs
2.2. Review and Assessment:
Our support team will carefully review your refund request and assess your eligibility based on the criteria outlined in this policy.
2.3. Notification:
We will notify you of the decision regarding your refund request via email within a reasonable timeframe.
Refund Processing
If your refund request is approved, the following refund processing guidelines will apply:

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original course purchase. If the payment was made via credit card, the refund will be credited back to the same credit card account.
